- In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or other economic losses, whether in contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services. The maximum liability of the Platform Owner shall be limited to the amount you paid for using the Services giving rise to the claim, or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.
- In case of a force majeure event, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.
- These Terms, and any disputes related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
